The Plastrona® -step walking heel is specially designed for lower leg walking casts and is based on the typical walking movement. It offers a particularly wide contact surface and an additional rolling support. This prevents unwanted external rotation when using a walking cleat.
It can also be used as a removable walking sole by attaching it to the cast with Velcro straps.
